Know someone
we should know?

Some of the strongest people we have placed came to us via a personal referral - usually a quiet *"have you spoken to this person?"* from someone whose judgement we trust. If you know an engineer, leader or specialist we should know about, send them our way.

How we handle it

With the care we would want for ourselves.

    We approach with care

    The person you refer hears from Farid personally, with a short note explaining who referred them and why. We never spam - and we never approach without context.

    They stay in control

    If they would rather not engage, we move on. We do not chase, do not add them to lists, and do not retain their details without consent. Standard AEY candidate handling. See our privacy page for the detail.

    You stay informed

    We will write back to you to confirm we have made contact, and again if a placement results. We will never share the content of conversations with the person you referred without their explicit consent.

    And we thank you properly

    For successful placements that result from a referral, we say thank you in a way that reflects the value of what you have done - a dinner, a meaningful gift, or a referral fee where the relationship makes that more appropriate. Discussed case-by-case.
