to your CV.
The recruitment industry has earned a reputation for handling candidate information carelessly. This page is what we do differently - written plainly, so you know what you are agreeing to before you send anything.
Your CV goes to Farid, directly.
Submissions through the contact form route to a private inbox managed by Farid Ahmed. They are not shared with any third party - no other recruiters, no platforms, no aggregators.
Your CV, your details, our notes.
We retain your CV, contact details and any notes from our conversations together. We do not collect any other information about you. We do not use tracking pixels or third-party analytics on the contact form.
Only with your explicit consent, role by role.
Your CV is never shared with a client without your explicit consent for that specific role. We ask each time. We do not pre-authorise. We do not "splatter" CVs across the market.
Withdraw consent any time.
If you want us to delete everything we hold about you, email farid@aeyandassociates.com with the word "delete" in the subject line. We will action it within five business days and confirm in writing.
We do not chase forever.
If we have not spoken in 24 months, we delete the file. If you would prefer us to delete it sooner, see above. If you would prefer us to keep it longer because you want us to stay in touch on a specific opportunity, tell us - we will mark the record accordingly.
