A retained, proactive search model for senior leadership appointments where discretion is non-negotiable and the candidate universe is small enough that a job advert would be counter-productive. Market maps, leadership assessment, candidate dossiers, full sourcing across off-market networks.

Written market map within 10 business days. First curated shortlist of 3-5 candidates within 4-6 weeks, with full leadership assessment dossiers. Full process management through close.
Commercial Model
Retained engagement on a milestone-based fee structure - typically one-third on engagement, one-third on shortlist delivery, one-third on placement. Replacement guarantee in writing; off-limits agreement on the client's existing team.

Strategic consulting for organisations scaling, restructuring, or entering new markets.

Hiring strategy work that sits upstream of any specific search. We diagnose gaps, write hiring roadmaps, build pipeline blueprints, and act as a thinking partner for founders and Heads of who need to make capital-allocation decisions about their team before they make hiring decisions about specific roles.

Engagement deliverables tailored to the scope - typically a written diagnostic, a 6-18 month hiring roadmap, talent maps for key roles, and an executive review session. Optionally ongoing retainer for monthly cadence.
Commercial Model
Fixed-fee engagement for defined-scope work (typically $25-80k depending on scope), or monthly retainer for ongoing advisory ($8-20k/month). Outcomes-based pricing available for specific scaling targets.

Rapid deployment of vetted contractors and project teams for surge demand.

Day-rate engagements for surge capacity, capability gaps and short-cycle mandates. Vetted contractors mobilised in days, with compliance, payroll and contracting handled end-to-end by AEY. No long-term overhead, no permanent commitment, full delivery accountability.
